Matt got his start in paid advertising in 2009. When a friend introduced him to PPC marketing, Matt changed his career path from graphic design and quickly landed a job in PPC. Matt trained with a small ad agency and worked his way up the ladder.

Since then, Matt has worked with hundreds of clients from a vast range of industries. In his 16+ years of digital marketing, Matt has held many titles, including:

  • Manager
  • Senior manager
  • Director
  • Senior director
  • Chief growth officer

Matt has led successful campaigns for small agencies and billion-dollar brands. A pivotal time of growth for Matt was managing Google Ads for the second-largest home security company in the country. He worked with them as they grew from an ad spend of $10,000 to over $1 million per month, watching their success completely transform the company’s inside sales.

Matt values the combination of leadership skills, creativity, and analytical thinking in his role with Big Leap requires and loves seeing PPC's impact on client success.

Outside of paid advertising, Matt enjoys being a dad, traveling with his spouse, home remodeling and architecture, fitness, and sports.
